DIABY COULD FACE UNITED

Abou Diaby could face Man Utd on Monday according to Arsene Wenger. Speaking on Tuesday afternoon, the Frenchman explained the Spaniard practiced during the day but has only a small chance of featuring next week. Knowing the injury history of the 23-year old and how he suffered a setback whenever rushed back into action, it is very unlikely for the manager to risk one of his most important players.

Also out injured and with a small chance of making the squad for the Premier League game is Abou Diaby who has not featured since the Champions League game against Shakhtar Donetsk on October 19.

Ahead of today’s Group H game against the Serbian SuperLiga leaders, Wenger revealed that defender Laurent Koscielny is available but the Gunners lose Johan Djourou who will not be risked.

The Arsenal boss concluded by saying that Emmanuel Eboue is back in the squad after missing out on Saturday and also how Dutch striker Robin van Persie could start from the first minute after getting “better and better” in training.
